In 2020 the Faculty of Dentistry (OD) received funding from Erasmus+ Global Mobility for it`s cooperation with the University of the Western Cape (UWC),region 10, DCI South-Africa, for the periode 1st August 2020-31st July 2023.
The budget was EUR 2 564 324. DIKU assigned in total EUR 2 543 362 to 18 institutions, distributed on 50 mobility-projects with 30 different countries.
Activities
Funds have been allocated so that 2 academic staff from the University of the Western Cape, Faculty of Dentistry (UWC), can have a stay of 14 days in Oslo (traineeship). In addition, each spring semester in the period 2021-2023, 2 dental students from UWC can come on a student exchange for 3 months.
Rates:
- Accommodation for incoming students: € 900 per month
- Accommodation for incoming employees: € 180 per day
- Travel: € 1500 (8000 km or longer).
In 2016 OD also received funding from Erasmus+ Global Mobility for it`s cooperation with UWC. The application periode was 1st June 2016 -31st May 2018. Two employees from OD went for a 14 days stay at UWC on a mobility for training.
