Pathfinder Open is a bottom-up funding scheme for developing breakthrough technologies and innovations.
Pathfinder targets projects early in their development phase (Technology Readiness Level 1-4) and is open to applications within any scientific or technological field.
Proposals are assessed and weighted according to Excellence (60 %), Impact (20 %) and Implementation (20 %).
Funding
Projects may request funding up to 3 Million Euros. The EU will fund 100 % of eligible costs.
Eligibility
Projects must be based in a consortium involving at least three partners from three different countries. At least one participant organisation needs to be from an EU Member State.
