Who can apply?
Familien Blix` fond supports medical research, particularly within cardiovascular diseases and cancer, including medical diagnostics within these fields.
Running costs to research projects combining basic and clinical research, and applications from younger researchers are prioritized. Salaries or travels to conferences will not be funded.
Available funding
Projects are usually awarded between 40 000 and 80 000 NOK each.
