The overall goal of the call is that universities offer flexible and relevant education for students who, due to their place of residence or life situation, do not have the opportunity to study permanently at a university or college campus.
The allocation will be limited in time and the application must describe the estimated length of time, there will be a need for the offer. The application must be based on real demand for the planned study offer.
The scheme is open to applications from all subject areas. Offers that meet society's and working life's need for competence will be given priority.

- Salary and redemption for employees at higher education institutions and partners
- Dissemination activities
- Purchasing services
- Travel costs for project participants
- Development and operation of study offer
It is not possible to use funds for significant investments in equipment, or travel grants for students.
