MSCA Staff Exchanges are open to international consortia of universities, research institutions, businesses, SMEs, and other non-academic organizations. The grant funds the mobility of seconded staff members from one month up to one year.
A requirement is that staff exchanges within the EU are between sectors, except if they are interdisciplinary. For partnerships with non-associated Third Countries, exchanges within the same sector and the same discipline are allowed.
Funding
There is no funding for researcher salaries. However, the seconded staff is eligible for top-up allowances to cover travel and subsistence costs, which is on top of the current salary. A grant will also cover networking, training and management costs according to fixed rates.
Project duration can be up to 4 years with a maximum of 360 person-months of secondments.
Eligibility
A minimum of 3 partners from 3 different countries have to participate in the consortium. One partner must be from an EU member country.
