Program for student active learning

The overall goal of Diku's funding call is to strengthen students' learning.

Universities and colleges can apply for up to NOK 5 million for projects with a duration of up to 3 years.

The overall goal of the scheme is to strengthen students' learning. Examples of student-active forms of learning are project-based learning, team-based learning, case-based learning, practice, fieldwork, various forms of reverse teaching, students who are involved in research work or in other ways take an active part in an exploratory professional learning community.

Projects should aim for activities that 

  • develops, tests, and evaluates innovative student-active forms of learning and associated forms of assessment
  • creates a good correspondence between learning outcome descriptions, learning activities, and forms of assessment
  • develops knowledge and educational competence related to the design and implementation of student-active forms of learning and associated forms of assessment
  • documents, shares and disseminates new knowledge, practices and experiences with transfer value to other study programs and educational institutions
