UTFORSK

The UTFORSK programme supports the establishment of long-term partnerships between Norway and Brazil, Canada, China, India, Japan, South Africa, South Korea, and the USA.

Who can apply

Norwegian accredited higher education institutions together with at least one similar institution from one of the partner countries can apply. 

Other partners may be universities, research institutes, private or public companies, hospitals, schools, NGO's, etc. based in Norway or in one of the partner countries.

What can you apply for

The project awarded funding should lead to: 

  • development and implementation of joint educational activities 
  • increased mobility of students, including internships/work placements 
  • integration of higher education and research
  • strengthened involvement of non-academic partners

UTFORSK is a central measure under the Panorama Strategy, the Norwegian government's strategy for cooperation on higher education and research with Brazil, Canada, China, India, Japan, Russia, South Africa, South Korea, and the U.S (2021-2027).
