Our thin section cutting setup for histological samples consists of a high-precision Exakt diamond band saw for cutting highly sensitive tissue and tissue combinations for the histological analysis of bone and muscle tissue, in particular bone with implants or screws. Fresh as well as embedded samples can be processed.
Microgrinder Exact 400 CS can be used for plane-parallel thin grinding down to 20 µm histological sections with excellent surface quality.
