Hanna Tiainen received an European Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering Doctoral Award at the 26th annual conference of the European Society for Biomaterials in Liverpool.
This makes the third price department staff has received this last half year. The first two are David Wiedmer who received an award for best poster presentation at the Scandinavian Society for Biomaterials annual meeting in Aarhus and Simon Longela who received an award for his poster presentation at the HERCULES European School in Grenoble.
In addition, Hanna Tiainen has been nominated as one of three finalist to the research award from Lab Norway. The announcement will be made on the 29th October, 2014.
