Enamel Symposium 2016

Department of Biomaterials participated at the ninth international conference on dental enamel

Researchers from the Department of Biomaterials participated at the 9th International Symposium on Dental Enamel: “Enamel 9” at the the beautiful Rudding Park venue. More than 100 researchers from 21 countries across the world attended the symposium in Leeds. 

Øystein Stakkestad, Elisabeth A Riksen and Anne Kalvik is studying the Enamel9 conference program.

The team from Department of Biomaterials presented two posters at conference:

"Vitamin K2 Enhances Vitamin D Positive Effect On Differentiation Of Osteoblasts"
by Elisabeth A. Riksen, Aina M Lian, M Møller, and Janne Elin Reseland.

"Ameloblastin Peptides Promote Growth And Differentiation Of Mesenchymal Stem Cells"
by Øystein Stakkestad, S. Petter Lyngstadaas, Jiri Vondrasek, Jan O. Gordeladze,  and Janne E Reseland.
